Do you do Meet ups or COD?

--> we do shipping or deliveries as of the moment

Can we have the charms cleaned on the store?

--> If it was not bought on the store, better not. You can request polishing cloth from us, just indicate on the shipping address. Add a drop of mild soap to lukewarm water and clean with soft toothbrush, then freshen up with polishing cloth

Are the items onhand?

--> Only items with 'onhand' written are the ones onhand.

Can i combine onhand and pre order?

--> You can create 2 orders, 1 for onhand, 1 for preorder.  If there is a single pre order item on that specific order, all items will be considered as pre order

 

Is there a possibility that my pre-order will be out of stock?

--> Yes, there is a chance possibiliy  that a small portion of your pre order will be out of stock. The out of stock item ONLY can be replaced, or deducted from your total bill

 

Can i return items ordered?

--> it is upon our discretion and items should be returned within 7 days (items received)

 

Can i resell your product?
